We offer three main categories of products as follows:

Flexible-screw-conveyor-8 cu ft hopper 1. Flexible Screw Conveyors
Conveys a broad range of bulk materials
S-Series Flexible Screw Conveyors transport powders, flakes, granules and pellets. They easily manage hard-to-handle materials that aerate, pack under pressure, agglomerate, generate static or are very light or windswept.

Offers flexible in-plant layouts
The S-Series conveys vertically up to 35 feet and horizontally up to 80 feet. Smaller diameter models can be bent to avoid obstructions and use minimal floor space.

Engineered and built tougher
S-Series Conveyors are truly engineered for industrial applications. They use heavier gauge sheet metal, durable seals and thicker, one piece, gaskets in the hopper/drive component areas. A combination of standard Tech3 innovations which provide longer life, higher reliability and lower maintenance costs.

Flat auger, casing and center core 2. Replacement Augers, Casings and Center Cores For most makes & models
Center-less augers are available in a wide range of materials and styles
Augers or spirals are available in 304, 316 stainless steel and hot rolled/abrasive resistent steel. The various configurations include flat, round, square and bevel edge augers. In addition in many application a heavy duty version is available.

Outer casings and center cores are available in FDA approved materials
Materials of construction include UHMW-PE (Ultra high molecular weight polyethylene plastic) or polypropylene plastic. Diameters vary from 7/8 to 8-5/8 inches and wall thickness from 1/8 to 1/4 inch. Lengths on the smaller casings and center cores are available in continuous lenghts up to 40 feet, while the 4.7, 6-5/8 and 8-5/8 inch diameters are only available in 30 foot lenghts (continuous).

Contact Tech3 Manufacturing if you need to eliminate metal from your process we can provide high density plastic inlet hoppers, drive boxes, discharge transitions, and tri-clamp fittings. Materials of construction include UHMW-PE (ultra high molecular weight polyethylene plastic) or polypropylene plastic both FDA approved materials.
